Hi All. As promised, attached is a template that will help map out any process and identify key players, problems, and opportunities. I've included the one you saw yesterday as an example as well as a tab to use for action items and a tab with how to use the map. Once you get everything down in this file, you can make it look nicer in a program like Visio. If you have any questions, please feel free to let me know.

Tony did have an ask yesterday for everyone. If i remember correctly, it was map processes and define/assign accountability. You can use the action item tab to do just that. @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW please correct me if I missed something.
