Hey! Carter from AWD reached out earlier saying that he cannot ask his Looker Studio dashboard. I asked McFadden, Dustin and James and they couldn't help. Ryan said you would be able to help him out though...can you???

Hey Nick, Carter reached out to Greg about a month ago regarding this same issue. Out of a few emails from his colleagues, his was the only one I was able to give access to—the others gave an error saying they weren’t linked to Google. Later, Carter mentioned he lost access again, so I asked Joe to check if their domain was blocked, but Joe confirmed it wasn’t.

As a last resort, I scheduled daily dashboard emails for Carter so he would receive them every morning. I also asked Greg to confirm if Carter was receiving them, but Greg hadn’t heard anything back. I assumed everything was working since I didn’t hear otherwise

I think the only way to give him access is if he can provided us another email (linked to email). So Can you please ask him if could do that?

I mentioned the Carter thing to Tony and he called Carter and spoke to him. He’s willing to provide another email or whatever you need
