Also ask them what is there band with, on how many calls they can take a day.

@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW They're going to get me a backup number we can use. They did say that it's ok to leave voicemails. They also asked that we can confirm their email addresses
that way if they'd rather use email for communications the firm has the right one
