It looks however that attached to the email you've added the wrong spreadsheet. Unfortunately, your intake questions must have not been attached to the original email. When you get a free moment, if you could send us the intake I would greatly appreciate it. Also just so we don't get any other miscommunications in the future, it would benefit us if we had a stakeholder point of contact as well as an integration point of contact.
