On 1/16/2025, Olivia Roman moved to Decline status at the Brittany most likely after getting notification from JP's report. @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ Can you look up 1/15/2025 or reports around that time range to verify Dicello did have it closed at that point?

Between that time and 4/28/2025, Dicello decided to re-open.

I'll forward an email thread involving that case and others with similar circumstances. Might help sort through cases involving the topic of discussion we had earlier

My guess it is due to criteria but I am not having any luck finding notes on that. We found the decline reason for 08/20/2025 but not 07/07/2024
