something to be aware of -- SGGH is declining cases quite quickly and we are completing secondaries PRIOR to them issuing declines... i am going through and 2 so far.

@deleted-U06F9N9PB2A reasons for decline? @Malissa I am wondering if the ones they are declining are the OSOL cases.. If so, perhaps we should not perform secondary interviews on these. Please get with Andy and have him reach out to Parker.

@Cameron Rentch I'm copied on some of those disengagement letters. I'll do a quick rundown and see if it's mostly/all OSOL and send you & Andy the info

@Cameron Rentch the majority of the declines are ones we signed & declined. The firm sent the drop letters after they were notified. It looks like 5 on the list i have went to secondary and 4 of those are OSOL. I'll message you and Andy.
