Here is a broad list of tasks that we have that could use automation. Many of these are future things that we will have time to set up our own scripts to attend to. • Flatirons audits and validate-able fields (Paraquat PAQ, CPAP census, AFFF PFS, CLJ??, NEC??) • Possible Document zip-up for Oakwood Mail Merge (need to set up and evaluate-have a meeting about this hopefully tomorrow) • AFFF Mail Merge re-formatting (Edward has started on this but it was set aside while we are working on more critical projects) • CPAP Settlements audit validate-able fields (low priority, this audit takes about 20 min and only has ~330 clients) • Hair Relaxer PFS audit validate-able fields (this will be mostly irrelevant after 10/22) • Automate Monday Reports: Camerons, Andy&Gregs, ACTS, BLX, VICI, and Connex Reports. 120 Reports total. (We have the skills to do this internally, but not the time currently)
