We are testing the integration with SGGH. I believe there are less than 10 that have currently been changed but I dont know how many were not complete. I had assumed he was testing with completed interviews. I get you a list and talk to him about it

However this particle interview was not complete. Can you please copy me on anything that is moved out of a referral accepted or completed status? Our daily verification and billing process is 100% dependent LR status.

If the interview still needs to be completed (Referral Accepted) and it is changed to Re-trigger, it drops of the list of interview needed to be completed and not completed or billed

Then change the status of the 2 that need are not completed back to referral accepted? Secondary Re-Triggered should be the same as Secondary Complete (billable, etc...) since that is what will be used for any backfill and it is what we used for VGA months ago

Secondary Interview Completed is the only billable status for Secondary Interviews. It needs to stay in that status for one month to be billed at the close of each month. If something is moved out of that status we will not get paid for that interview.

We should include Secondary Interview - ReTriggered in the same report as Secondary Interview - Completed. There are currently 435 leads in Secondary Interview - ReTriggered , and we need the ReTriggered status for integrations

We use retriggered as well if we have already billed for the interview and updates we made to the interview. . What I am asking, is that we keep all secondary interview completed for 30 days until our manual billing process is completed each month.
