We need it rolled out now to start with Hair relaxers and Oxbryta. The CRM events can take a lot more time to implement and Cameron wants those campaigns fired up as soon as possible
got it. I noticed that you guys didn't specify what info you're wanting to include. in the past we've just used first/last name, email, and phone. is that sufficient for this as well?
For the CRM? we can ask this on call on Thursday what's the best practice ..
for the matching is per instructions, I don't remember we done manual matching before with any account. But manual matching overall is phone, email and the external ID from what I gathered
ok that won't be bad then. we already have the tt pixel on those two pages. just need to add the identify part
right. and TikTok can troubleshoot it if need be and give us some notes if we need to add something, so no worries there
the matching stuff is relatively simple so I think we'll be fine there. and based on what I saw with the crm events, it's a lot like it was the first time we did it, so I can likely reuse some of the original code and everything

hmm.. the crm events aren't showing up. I thought they enabled everything?
I see it on some of the accounts but not all. they aren't on the Oxbryta account

is this totally necessary? i'm already firing the View Content event when they land on the page, and trying to implement that will be a challenge
view content will give us the opportunity to run with the actual objective in a campaign vs. page view which enables learning but won't help us on the campaign objective side

if you're just wanting to track users that either do make it through the funnel or drop off before finishing then we can do that with just 3 events
