Good Afternoon Ryan, There seems to be an issue with our live inbound calls routing over to TIP vs Coming directly to us in CTM
Please send me the phone number of the person that called in and it dialed to the wrong place so Ic an look further into that, but your CTM is setup to where your Call Queue aways rings into you and your call manager agents.
Good Morning Ryan, I do not believe it was just number that was being routed to TIP but I will speak with the team to see if there able to provide me one of the numbers
