@Nicholas McFadden just a thought, but if I'm an intake agent and I transfer a call, I might be somewhat inclined to sit on the line and listen in after the warm transfer is complete...if this is happening, it would cloud this and I'll have to crack down on teams if we can identify that

The main question is: when a new lead is created can they make an API post to ConnexOne? Or do they have a suggestion of another way to push newly created leads to Connex directly in real time not via Zapier or email automations?

I don't think that any provider is going to agree to that ask... If we burn Five9, then we just have to find another vendor that can be seamless with Salesforce and RC is not that with their CX platform.

Aside from the action item with Sunnie and the Nevada campaign naming, I took these things away from that call... โข Darrell and Zahir and troubleshooting well together in and outside of this call โข DM and DS are making progress on campaigns; as errors/troubleshooting get solved, we should start setting a plan for what is next and give guidance on timelines (I know this can't be a guarantee, but it might keep Abe at bay; DM may be doing this already??) โข JP seems passively engaged on this, so maybe I need to understand what we really need from him on this and how often he gets called upon to assist

Agree on everything you have here. I would like JP to actually confirm those IDs rather than show me where to search for them. Thereโs very little room for mistakes to be made so I would just like them to provide that stuff in writing.

It never makes sense. Exactly. Its always possible to bring them together as a full in one field if needed but literally impossible this way.
I think the problem is Anthony can't do it and he isn't going the extra mile to get support to make things like that happen

@Nicholas McFadden Abe says campaign name, but if Law RUler doesn't match the Parent name in Litify, which should be provided?
I think we provide our name because that is what is sent in the "Case Type" field whether they use it or not. They need to align it with the proper one on their side
Also, we have to provide the full co-counsel name not just TC etc
