@LaToya, this is replacing the Pintas Mullin direct lines (the two) and convert their Receiving Numbers into the new Five9 kind to Inbound Intake Agents. You good to do this? If you want to post back here the 2 PM Receiving Numbers "as is" and then confirm the number for "switching" to Five9, we'll just verify.
@LaToya, then the PM forms all need to be switched into the BenCrump.com General Website Vertical and we need Mark / Brian to ensure those are now all posting to LawRuler.

@deleted-U069G4WMMD4@Ryan I have finished redirecting the main contact forms on the Ben Crump website to our call center. I worked with Mark to test and ensure that leads were being routed to LawRuler and submitted successfully. He confirmed everything was working correctly.
