LaToya is highly skilled in design, and I trust her to manage the process of the requests. I ask to be cc during the process. I now manage sponsorships for Shield Legal on behalf of Andy Rogers. He is attending Mass Torts Made Perfect Puerto Rico. The sponsorship level has assets we have never created and tight deadlines. LaToya will fill out the form requests. I am placing the needs below. Is there a form for the print ad? If not, we would like it to mimic the video ad and be similar to the GREAT SOM 2023 conference ads. We are working on the message that can't sound like a hard sell. Key points: 1. We scale at an unmatched level. 2. We meet your specific needs. We welcome suggestions.
• Back of Name badge advertisement/logo space - You get the back of the name badge as real estate for your ad or branding to go. The space that is available is 4" wide x 3.6" tall with a 0.05" bleed on the left and right sides - Due 3/19 to hit print deadlines • A half-page print advertisement (Half Page Ad : (horizontal): 7-1/2″ x 5-3/8″ (7.45w x 5.375h) (vertical): 4″ x 10-3/4″ (4w x 10.75h) add 1/8″ (.125) for bleed edges) - Due 3/19 to hit print deadlines • A short video ad with audio (30 seconds max, 16:9 aspect ratio, 23-30 frames per second, .mov or .mp4 format) - Due 4/1 • Banner Ad to be displayed in multiple locations throughout the conference app (recommended image dimensions 700px x 210px (Max 1000px x 1000px) - Due 3/22 I'm headed into a meeting.
