Leadcomplete, high level

  1. will replace ENTIRE lead workflow from start to finish, this includes a. leadspedia being replaced i. lead entry, webhooks from landing pages, zapier integration, where the tt native form & fb native forms can be PUSHED into Leads module, vertical, offer, contract, multiple lead delivery (email and posting), lead priority, lead distribution (round robin, weighted), validation for email, phone(real person verification from public records databases) b. lawruler being replaced i. inbound call integration ii. inbound leads iii. Intake, fronter iv. QA/processing v. reporting vi. post acquisition vii. all departments need custom AI built around their specific department, needs, blocks etc(recommend "you should ask claimant XXXX" etc etc, needs to be something that continuously learns, identifies potential fraud, spell check /suggestions, address check /suggestions viii. App options (for users, for ix. Must sync /connect with dialers, phone systems 1. all call recordings must seamlessly be accessible thru system x. Medical records global API integration (will provide additional detail) xi. ability to mail merge data into court documents, fact sheets, etc xii. high level data screening to ensure accuracy of all claimant data xiii. reporting output in all formats, csv, excel, google doc, pdf etc c. Monday being replaced d. All 3rd party reporting being replaced (no more data studio, looker) e. Claimant portal (login at CaseUpdate.com) i. claimants access via APP ii. can download their documents iii. can upload their documents iv. can get updates on their claim v. can contact their litigating law firm with requests 1. case update 2. requesting documents 3. requesting help 4. request to resign documents that have been sent 5. can contact their prior "onboarding team" at TIP f. g. Law firm login portal i. APP options for all at LeadComplete ii. Litigating firm portal have highest level to see all of their claimants, campaigns and partners (from funding/co-counsel firm and funding/investment firms) iii. Co counsel firm can only see claimants they have funded with litgating firm iv. Investment firms can only see claimants they have funded but NOT see any PII (as they are not on retainer and only need "vertical field data" v. custom self server reporting, ALL fields, ALL statuses, ALL benchmarks, ALL, notes, ALL post acquisition documents/work done
    1. AI integration a. must be dynamic and touch all users, whether internal staff, claimants, law firms, co counsel, investors, etc
  3. Must be able to be built for commercial use, resell or license to marketing companies, law firms, etc as well as be adaptable to other industries (can be discussed)

Regarding Case Naming Conventions and storing data about campaigns in our meeting earlier today:

We are using (Bigquery) tort-intake-professionals.pctidv2.pctidv2 to store the broad campaign name and data.

On the Primary Case Type ID system, we are currently using Lawruler Campaign ID as the primary key, instead of pct_id (Because of our use in Lawruler)

I manage and edit the campaign information with a internal tool made with Re-tool. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

That is used any time we need to filter, find, or present data.

For example; We would use the allfirmsarray field to find any campaign that involves "DiCello" We would use the broadtorttype field to find and compare data on related campaigns

@here, with a debate in sales and operations about orders and allocations of budget spend and retainers signed, we are adding Project to Copper as a custom field to help roll up a client that was sold "Michigan Abuse" even though our line items are "Michigan Juve Hall, Mich.
