This is a report of all Flatirons cases to date that are FINAL. I have highlighted all of the records through Jan 12th. There is a 6 day due date to get these done post e-sign. So, everything up to the 12th is already late. These need to be called for the Dentity verification. All of them have already had the request sent via text message. You should be prepared to resend the request if they cannot find it or need it again. @deleted-U04GU9EUV9A can get you the login credentials. If the client successfully completes the Dentity verification with you on the phone, please go into the lead in LR and complete the appropriate questions in the CSP only tab. Check ‘yes’ for question 3 “Identity Verification Completed” and then enter the today’s date in Question 4. If the client could not complete the verification process for any reason, please explain in Question 5. Thanks.

@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @deleted-U04GU9EUV9A I have been watching the rate of progress on this list even after I had Rachel and Vernon assign 8 CSPs to the work on top of Anthony. I am concerned that if we don’t put this in the dialer we will never get it done in a reasonable amount of time.
