I wanted to reach out regarding increasingly concerning behavior I have been experiencing from Ryan, again. Since our meeting Tuesday his communication and actions have become more and more retaliatory and aggressive, it is getting to a point where he has been texting my personal phone, multiple times, in an inappropriate manner. It is unprofessional and unwanted.

Additionally, it has become more apparent that conversations around my contract, responsibility and pay increase that we've been having since February have more than likely not had your involvement as what was lead to believe. I have taken on a lot of additional work in amount and in complexity, because Ryan had promised me a contract increase in the range of what was in my proposal, dependent on taking on additional tasks, which I had done and done extremely well. When I received the offer, and the drastic difference between it and what I was promised was very shocking, especially since I know what your business ethics are, and with the additional late hours and weekends I had worked to show how dedicated, passion and great at this work I am; there was a two week period I still worked everyday even though I had bronchitis, even more so recently I had a family member pass away recently, with that Friday being the only day off I've taken in a year so I could attend her funeral. Even so, for Ryan to "cover" my "shift", his wording, he had me work that Sunday after my families funeral. I also want to provide an example below of one of the many additional projects I took on with this promise in price. It's a joining table model I created in DBT, since my DBT access was revoked I'm unable to show the connections between the old databases, and bigquery as well as the schema.yml that I built out as well with detailed connectors. This is a project I had done from start to finish with no additional help, I'm sure it makes more sense now as how confused I was by any comments of needing "hand holding"

Hello. I wanted to reach out to you. Ryans behavior has been getting progressively worse. Especially after an incident yesterday he continues to react retaliatory and in a way creating a hostile environment. It is unprofessional, inappropriate, and disgusting the way he feels comfortable speaking to me. I will no longer be doing any type of work that has to deal with him, no body deserves to be treated the way he treats people.

@Luke Fontaine you are not required to interact with Ryan other than to perform and produce the work that is part of your contract. However, I do not think there is any way to not have professional interaction with him as he manages your contract work. I will have a talk with him to remind him that all contractors should be treated professionally. You will need to make a decision if you are able to, or not able to continue to with your contract.

If you would like, you are welcome to provide Shellie with documentation on Ryan's written and verbal communication with you so we can understand the exact interactions.
