@Mike @Dwight Thomas can you guys please double check this form on the backend? I am getting leads on FB and they are running successfully through Zapier. I am not seeing the two leads in ISL when I pull the reports. Should be 2 with this S1 tag: S1=PL-FacebookMB-CPCMP-PQ_F6

Not sure if you were able to get to this yet. It looks like the wrong s1 is assigned to that form. You have PL-FacebookMB-CPCMP-PQF3 instead of PL-FacebookMB-CPCMP-PQF6
