yes -- its a mix of phys health/mental health trauma etc and how the body changes because of it! ill bring it in for you to borrow.

Goooood Morning and Happy Friday~ Question and context for ya

Question: How would a PD agent go about speaking to someone in VSS for some extra support?

Context: New PD agent whom I've been getting to know shared with me that they are feeling some extra emotional weight after doing their first full day of all SA cases yesterday. We briefly connected and I shared my experience of my second week here working on fixing SA records and how that impacted me. I let them know that we have resources available, and asked if they would like to me to reach out and learn a little bit more about how to utilize those resources and they let me know they would appreciate that.

For sure... If it is just processing support happy to help, i would want to loop her manager in though, he is great he will be supportive. if extreme and suicidal ideations then I would want tony/shellie to have the heads up. im all in regardless -- just different safeguards for me/company. =]
