Did someone remove my five9 permissions between 5 and 6 PM April 28th? 'Customer <a href="mailto:dsurwill@shield-legal.com">dsurwill@shield-legal.com</a> has not been assigned a valid application role.'
Circling back after talking to Dustin about this....
I removed the 'Supervisor' profile thinking that the 'Contact Records Manager' profile was all that was needed for API work (I recalled it this way from convos with Five9), but that was wrong. There are API connection points in different profiles.
Dustin got his access back and is catching up the data.
He is the only person with API running with Five9, so no more changes should be needed. James is working off of Dustin's data pulls.
I can confirm that my five9 API calls are working now
