Hello! I heard the BI Flatirons position was posted yesterday. I wanted to check and see if either of you have any information on the other Flatirons positions? I want to send out the posting to the people in my department to see who is interested (I've got at least one interested now). Also, do we have anymore information about the structure of this team?

No one has mentioned anything about these positions in weeks. I assume the postings were put up by Cory, which means that internal people likely should not apply to those particular postings. If there is to be an internal process, we should discuss with Cameron and Shellie.

I spoke to Cory briefly about the BI role and he then just posted them on LinkedIn. I wanted more clarity from Shellie on everything so set up a meeting with her Wednesday and we can all discuss more.

Good morning, @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG. I talked to Cameron this morning and we need to determine the interview path/plan for the Flatirons position within your team. The path needs to include Cameron and a TBD person from Flatirons.

My initial thought is that you, me, Cameron and the Flatirons person are the path. However, I am open to suggestion. Perhaps there should be some overlap with @Nicholas McFadden in the mix if either or you thinks that is a good idea too. Could even be that a couple of us are in the same interview to keep it moving.

There are candidates for the BI role already, so I would expect Cory to have some for you this week as well. (Or perhaps those already in the queue end up fitting better over here...)

Ok. I just spoke with @Nicholas McFadden and we would like to have a meeting together with all of us to figure out some of these logistical things and a pathway forward. I have open availability today for meetings.

@here I don't know if the posting for the Flatirons position in my department has been put up for external candidates. I am going to post the job description for my department now and have people who are interested reach out to me. Do we want to try to schedule these interviews for next week also? Or should we wait until the external posting is up?
