Firefighting Foam MED - Nations - Levinson - Nations is where the doctor info is. These questions are now in the intake but will be blank for most clients

Aidan. You can send to Edward also, but he will be transitioning to a new team soon, so I don't know how useful it will be for him
Nations does not require an API set up directly to their system. They said their system doesn't work with APIs

Due to mixtures of clients across secondary case types and people changing case types, not all of the profiles in this report are associated with Flatirons. Many of them are. We can discuss more tomorrow, but this is the reporting layout that I usually use and can schedule for you.

For the intakes or secondaries? The answer to both is yes, but intakes is somewhat more complicated
Each of the 3 case types has different question sets with some that are unique to that case type. We made a layout for all of the questions together (Olivia's report used this) or we have separate layouts per case type

I didn't move it from my downloads and it is gone from my computer when I search all over
The 584592.... file is a lot better and has about 1/3 of the columns the other report had. The 299258.... still has the same number of columns as the one from yesterday (~700) with a bunch of extra stuff from SA second interviews, VGA, paraquat. 🤷♀️
I already did one pass through yesterday to delete irrelevant columns out of the 299258... file yesterday, so that one is mostly taken care of. But the 584592... is what I was going through now and it helps a lot
The command window pops up and then goes away pretty quickly without the UI showing up
what about the terminal window i had you try before? SHIFT + R Click, Terminal, up arrow, enter
Here is a fixed 299 version. I had to filter the question case type ids not just the lead case type id
For that report, I need at minimum Lead ID, Status, Case Type, and E-sign Date. I can take all data, but that's the minimum for Luis and PD to follow up on
All leads that hit status Signed e-Sign that never hit Signed e-Sign QA or Signed e-Sign QA WIP?
All leads that have a signed document that are not currently in any status starting with signed e-sign [etc], or signed & declined

Feedback: it would be helpful to remove secondary interview case types and anything that isn't an intake case type (med records, military records, etc). Remove files in Test statuses. That is what I did when I was getting it ready for Luis and Alicia's teams
So remove all statuses that have records or test in the name? Or is there a list of the status that intake uses?

service accounts are like user accounts but instead of a username / password you only require a credentials.json file. I only see permissions given to the tip-reporting-sa one.

Hello! I have 2 questions about the scheduled reports log that you are able to get from LR. Can you see the report set up parameters? Also, are you able to see if a scheduled report failed to send? We did not get some reports this weekend and I am trying to figure out if we neglected to select Saturday and Sunday, which are unchecked by default with the "daily" frequency or if LR failed to send them.

Yes, I am familiar with that. I am trying to see which days were selected for the "daily" set up. You can select 1-7 days for daily and it will still show as daily there.

Hello! Carter let me know that I can reach out to you to assign this task as you see fit. Bailey Glasser has requested that we change the delivery format of their daily reports. Currently, they get automated emails from LR. They would prefer to receive these reports in a OneDrive folder (they plan to make individual folders for each campaign and would like the associated report dropped in that folder each day). I will need someone to build whatever connection to grab the reports and post them in the OneDrive folders. Please let me know if you need more information and who you would like to assign to this task.
The CSV files are the current questions from LR. The JSON files are the current mappings (their fields & our question ids).
