@deleted-U08LK2U7YBW, old system times out after 7000 rows in the LawRuler status report, so we have to re-run it and it should load. Otherwise, some just were not in e-sign status, that's been the reason for a while, FYI.

@Cameron Rentch, @deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @deleted-U08LK2U7YBW, so the issue is two fold, the Real Time Sold Retainers dashboard reflecting LawRuler as of no longer than 15 minutes ago shows 119 for Yesterday. So that means two things:

  1. Not all 132/143 are in the PCTID for the full count to show up in Cam & Marc's dashboard so @Malissa will need to keep that updated in flow with the campaign launches.
  2. Or some are moving in and out of billable statuses. Nice volume.

@here, I got 125 that were billable status at midnight yesterday. I am importing yesterday's LawRuler Status Report one more time and re-running it one more time.

@Malissa, this is the dashboard that Marc and Cam now use. So if Yesterday shows 119 and the TIP old system shows 125, then you can use them to see what's missing IF it's from a PCTID issue. Otherwise it's the "in PD and out of billable status" by 2:30 AM this morning to be exact, not midnight.

@Ryan I track all live E-signs by the hour, by campaign to stay on top of conversions, allowing me to adjust focus with the Five9 dialer as needed to ensure we meet all target goals. If the numbers I'm tracking are wrong please let me know what systems I should be looking at to have accurate live data. Thanks Team
