Then I want to take all of the new processes we have discussed with Abe’s team this week and make any adjustments necessary to both reporting and workflow. @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG Let’s discuss how we are identifying each lead that falls behind on any benchmark. I know we built messaging into the monday board for Vernon, but I need that information to flow further than that so that @Cameron Rentch, Abe, and I can see it daily without digging through the report and doing math on every lead. The percentages are good in the pivot tables, but they don’t tell me if we are behind the mark on any specific leads in the gap. I spent some time going through the data last night and I have a number of concerns. There are clients who have indicated they want to drop out but I’m not seeing that reflected in LR. We are severely behind on a number of benchmarks and I’m not confident that the CSPs are working each of those and following up. (I could be wrong, but it wasn’t clear) so I want to do a wholesale review of the data and make some decisions and adjustments where necessary so there is more transparency and visibility into what needs to be done.

Only thing I need by tomrorow , pereferrably by 12 nooon is:

  1. all of the medical records sent with dates sent, as well as rec'd back with dates
  2. new field that we discussed this am added (at least to paraquat) for "medical records reviewed and verified PD", with dates
  3. all data updated for all benachmarks for all cases
  4. AFFF added to the benchmarks sheet and reporting

I have one thing. Lupe was just conducting an interview, and the person said 4 of their siblings have Parkinson's, and they all worked on a farm. She knows two , at least, that would like to join the lawsuit if possible.

Paraquat only show "1" medical record back and I know for sure with talking to Abe that there are more? There are also no medical records rec'd dates?
