GM Ryan & Nick, after coming out of some Convo with Marc & Cam, I am starting here to see what the response might be, between the 2 of your, before reaching out to James to see what might have happened since our last conversation(s) about creating an Inbound A.i. Campaign, and the ability to teach our A.i. agent to handle overflow and after hours calls? We were going to get the calls downloaded, transcribed for that. I know it was/has been approached, don't know were we are with that, and what our thoughts are with an inbound campaign. Please LMK, thank you!
