Levinson is interested in doing these but would want us to complete the online petition form, which would need to be supoervised by a lawyer (hence copying @deleted-U07JFNH9C7P) on this. Henri could assist but I am wondering if it would be ok for the VSS team to handle these after the claimant s are signed up?

We are signing about 50 of these per day right now. We believe there are about 25,000 claimants but Levinson is looking at 1000-1500 of them.

Of note this is a remission fund, so maximum fund is 200mil. Pretty straightforward, can you please review for me? Thank you

Yeah its straight forward. Just have the secondary mimic the field boxes. Dustin can map the custom fields in LR to the portal to integrate.

@deleted-U07JFNH9C7P @Cameron Rentch I have a concern about this statement in the Petition " I have retained the above-named attorney who has authority to represent me in this matter", since Tim, Henri, or Vernon are not actually on the retainer. Is there a work around?

Yes, but that doesn’t really affect us More about how they prove the duration of trafficking which I’m thinking, the government may be able to help with once a claimant identifies himself through the application process. I think we’ll need guidance on the type of evidence, information and any other material materials the victims need to provide, but the law firm is probably still trying to figure that out as well. Will continue to go through everything and see if we can provide some additional information
