hi @Brian Hirst and @Ryan. We are trying to track down who can turn off some automations in Slack. Basically Brittany and team are working on a project for Cam and the changes are triggering posts to <#C03GSRB8RCN|ca-juvenile-hall-abuse>. Can we turn that off? Brittany can provide more color.

Doug Rochen (formerly with ACTS law) is now with Dicello and some of the clients he was representing expressed interest in continuing with him as their attorney and disengaging with ACTS. We have been asked to get these clients re-signed with a new retainer. They are in new case types that should not be billed or be posting into the channels. • CA Juv Hall Abuse Resign - DL - LOSG - Dicello Levitt • CA Juv Hall Abuse Resign - DL - Van - Dicello Levitt • Chowchilla Abuse Resign - DL - LOSG - Dicello Levitt • Chowchilla Abuse Resign - DL - Van - Dicello Levitt • CIW Abuse Resign - DL - LOSG - Dicello Levitt • MacLaren Hall Abuse Resign - DL - LOSG(TC) - Dicello Levitt

I can turn them off, but it’s not on a contract level. It’s vertical level. Would that be OK?

@Brian Hirst CA Juv Hall, CIW Abuse, and MacLaren should be ok. Chowchilla we probably need to stay on

do you guys know of a better way to prevent those from triggering slack?

Actually, maybe talk to Mark Maniora about stopping the email automations

If the email automations aren’t on then the Slack alert, won’t trigger

@Ryan this won’t affect anything else correct? @Malissa just make sure they get re turned on once it’s over. Have Mark message me if he has any questions

Correct. But it could not trigger ones that are valid, so it should be done very quick.

@Malissa @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG Can you clarify which ones should be off?

am I leaving a couple of those on?

@Mark Maniora None of the new case types should have email automations from my understanding

I believe Abe said he did not want anymore emails for new clients with DL. I believe that we will send over all of the newly signed docs as a batch

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1EkWg4did8BSsAmFOA20m3X6xO4VqAGDuHkVG1nXVv-8/edit?usp=sharing This is the googlesheet we have for the clients. It has their original intake ID and case type and the newly created ID and case type.
