At a minimum, we need to be able to get another admin into that BM and then have his profile removed. The BM belongs to us
@John Ventura offer him 500 one time, but we need to transition the BM away from his profile carefully. @Caleb Peters you’ll need to get another profile attached to the accounts and BM
the accounts list was sent on the IT channel you can use one of them as a storage account where you store the bms there to prevent this from happening again

@John Ventura is there a way we can have them follow some naming convention so we can get the passwords without having to go through this? For example, make them just add one additional character each time they have to change it or something else that is simple to follow.
Example (old password): sabrinita156.** Add another "1" to each new PW when it needs updated
New PW 1: sabrinita1156.* New PW 2: sabrinita11156.* New PW 3: sabrinita111156.**
Other option could be to to just create a batch of them beforehand and have a PW bank to pull from that is shared with host.
I wish we could brother.. but it’s peoples personals fb accts we’re doing with

@John Ventura I need to reconnect Zapier to the Sabrina profile. It’s urgent I get this fixed this morning please. Pushing high volume here. I can get into all the other profiles fine. So i believe it’s something on your end with Sabrina account. Same proxy issue we always have, usually a quick fix on your end.
the proxy was updated for both profile and copy if you still can't login it might be because your IP was changed, they change constantly
