We started talking to clients and working on the forms. It is clear that pain and suffering will NOT be paid in this claim form. They will only pay expenses. So unless the client got therapy/medical treatment/etc. or has lost wages AND has/can get proof (medical bills, towing bill, pay stub, taxes, etc.), they won’t get paid. That needs to be clear when we sign these up. We need to add must have proof as a criteria.

Let's ask: Where was the Northwell sleep facility you visited? They then have to say Great Neck. Then the rep confirm the exact address of it, and just match
