For the injury summary, Desiree wants to know if it can be mapped to the already existing "Other Injuries" box? Or do I need to create a separate UDF from this one?
If we can get the information on how to pipe into that box (UDF name, internal smart advocate name) then we should be able to. We can always test it but no guarantees that the data will pipe without a UDF
Ok. If I pick a random case and put that together, can we do a test tomorrow? Will 1 case suffice or do we need a larger sample size? I can pull a few cases if need be
That should be fine. It will take us at least an hour to take your mapping and put it in the format needed for the integration
