@Malissa can you please "audit" the Wood Pellet's signed yesterday? Database showing 15 T1, 15 T2, and 5 property. I do not think this is accurate. Based on your research, please advise @Ryan and he can update total rev, and Edward can assist with ensuring the e-signs get moved to correct campaign. thank you

Yesterday ONLY we had 14 Tier 2s and 1 Tier 1.

If I add in today, we're at 25 Tier 2s and 1 tier 1.

@Ryan @deleted-U06C7A8PVLJ attached is the file Brittany pulled for me. I added Column V - Correct Tier. I'm not sure how you want to manage it but for the One or More of These option, ailments get listed in column AB. So I have to look at that to determine what tier those should go in.

So to confirm @Malissa based on the screenshot I am providing you (which is your report from reporting team) Column A is the lead ID #, column H will be what the case type is (currently) and column V is what it should be. So if it says Wood Pellet Exposure Injury T1 - Crump - ELG - Shield Legal in Column H and in Column V it says 2, you want it to be changed to Wood Pellet Exposure Injury T2 - Crump - ELG - Shield Legal? And vice versa right? & If they match no changes? Sounds about right? (Just want to confirm before making any changes to the database)

Correct. There was only one Tier 1 in that file and it's for Leukemia. Everything else falls under tier 2. 🙂

@Malissa Update: I was able to make those updates for these listed above; Sobo's team is going through each Wood case type (regular, t1 and t2) and manually changing them to what they should be. From there, reporting team or myself can then pull a report off of what is shown in LR and from there I will update database based off that (based on my talk with Sobo just now). So once they finish their part I shall update the rest from my end 🙂

@Ryan. Updates have been complete from my end and from Sobo's end as well. From Malissa's report these three lead ID #s: 684575 684682 684708 I can't find in public.rawstatusreport nor in public.financial_log. They should be Wood Pellet Exposure Injury T2 - Crump - ELG - Shield Legal based on Malissa's report; otherwise all the leads from Malissa's report and Sobo's report has been updated in the database and it is ready for your part
