@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW @Myjahnee Crenshaw and team. In speaking with Jon Becker last night, he mentioned there was a meeting that I missed with both Nicks where he stated he does not want to send lists any more for the VSS and wants us to just process the long form immediately after signing up the claimant.

I want this started today. Here is process I want:

  1. process intake
  2. intake transfer to QA, claimant signed + DL Illinois waiver if required
  3. QA transfer to VSS team, if no VSS available transfer to call manager to set an appointment (this should not happen right now as they do not have enough work currently and many are sitting "idle" and working dead leads)
  4. if the claimant does not have enough time, then you need to have QA schedule a time for appt with VSS.
  5. This all needs to be fluid, documented, and clear to ALL TEAMS. Lets go! Thanks all

additionally @deleted-U05EFH3S2TA we need to "clone" the long form interview in lawruler and apply to PA Juv Abuse and NJ Juv Abuse claimants and immediately start doing these long form interviews as well.
