@Rachel Holzer @deleted-U067A4KAB9U can ya'll jump on a very quick zoom with me right now?
let me know and I will set for 1pm - will only take 10 min (flowchart issues)
Got it. I think Vernon may have stepped out really quick.
Hi Cameron, how does this look? I changed Days 130-145 to read "Law Firm CRM," as before it said needles, which the other firms likely do not have. (I know Doug does not)
If this comports with what you envisioned let me know and I will clone it.
I fixed the last row so it aligns with the prior one just now
I made a small change to the file lawsuit square. I just specified it is the law firm. Here is the changed version.
@Rachel Holzer everything looks great! only change on "medical record review day 120-130 add **if needed
On it. Sorry about that.
Quick question: should I add “**if needed” to the camp lejeune and CPAP flow charts as we did with the PFS one?
Hi Cameron, quick question: is the ACTS Chowchilla campaign a flatiron project? Thanks!
@Rachel Holzer it is not currently, no
Thank you! We have one TIP VSS working on that campaign. Going forward should I pull her to work on the flatirons project, or would you prefer that she stay working directly with ACTS? The latter may require hiring an additional VSS in the future depending on the work load.
Can you confirm the VSS is assigned to ACTS, and that Doug has or someone from his firm has provided instructions to to focus on this case type?
I can confirm that she is assigned to ACTS and she is working as part of their "Escape From Alcatraz" team. I spoke with Alin and Armita this morning and they were unaware of the VSS (Alison is her name) and which attorney is in charge of Alison's team. I will ask Alison who it is.
The attorney Alison (our VSS) works with is Schyler Katz. Alison cannot recall who assigned her to the team.
It is the only team she has been on since TIP hired her
