Hello Ryan. Today we have quite a doozy. A lot to work with. In the first three screenshots we have discrepancies on the Shield Legal Dashboard I cannot see. In the last screenshot there are ten more cases for Video Gaming Addiction/Disease - ML - ML - Shield Legal in the TIP Dashboard. The screenshot is of those ten cases. Below I listed the test cases or discrepancies I found in the TIP Dashboard that did not show up on the Shield Legal Dashboard:

352716 is showing up on the TIP Dashhboard but not the Shield Legal Dashboard. The status is Signed e-Sign Final. 556941 Is a test lead for Ca Juvenile Hall Abuse – Miller – Mattar – Shield Legal. 550227 Is a test lead for CA Juv Hall Abuse – Miller – Woods – Shield Legal. 556995 Is a test lead for CA Juvenile Hall Bause – Miller – Goldenfarb – Shield Legal. 567211 Is a test lead for Ca Juvenile Hall Abuse – Miller – Nielsen -Shield Legal. 556970 Is a test lead for CA Juvenile Hall Abuse – Miller – Van – Shield Legal. There is one more case on the TIP dashboard than there is on the Shield Legal dashboard, for the case Firefighting Foam - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal. 547168 Is a test lead for PA Juv Hall Abuse - Lakin/AFG - Levinson - Shield Legal. 384522 Is a test lead for Birth Injury - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal.

Hello Ryan. Here are the discrepancies with the Dashboard today:

  1. There is one more case for Chowchilla - ACTS - Levinson (TC) - Shield Legal in the Shield Legal Dashboard than there is in the TIP Dashboard.
  2. There are 25 cases on the TIP Dashboard for Chowchilla - ACTS/DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal, that is one more than there is on the Shield Legal Dashboard. The most recent cases to be added are: 520938 & 380359. They were added on 08/13/2024.
  3. Firefighting Foam - Crump - ELG - Shield Legal has one case less on the TIP Dashboard than it does on the Shield Legal Dashboard.
  4. Firefighting Foam - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal has one more case on the TIP Dashboard than the Shield Legal Dashboard. There were 24 new cases added on 08/13/2024.
  5. 573676 is a test lead for PFAS Water Contamination - Baypoint - ELG - Shield Legal.
  6. 554296 is a test lead for CA Juv Hall Abuse - ACTS - FYF - Shield Legal.
  7. There are still discrepancies for the Video Gaming Addiction cases. I have attached a screenshot.

I cured it this morning Martin. It was perfect, do not look at today, change the reconciliation dashboard to be only through yesterday

The discrepancies for todays Dashboard are as follows:

  1. 384522 is a test lead for Birth Injury - ACTS - ACTS - Shield Legal on the TIP Dashboard.
  2. There are two more cases for the Firefighting Foam - DL - Flatirons - Shield Legal on the Shield Legal Dashboard.
  3. There is one more case for NEC Baby Formula - AWKO (TIP) on the Shield Legal Dashboard.
  4. There is one more case for Paraquat - AWD/Wagstaff (TIP) on the Shield Legal Dashboard. Due to discrepancies 2 through 4 being on the Shield Legal Dashboard I am unable to confirm dates or cases.

Hello Ryan. There are multiple discrepancies in the dashboard today. The total is off by 1, but there are many variations within the cases.

Hello Ryan. There are a couple discrepancies, but they round out to the dashboard being off by 1.

Fixed. It was a case type name mismatch. Getting that fixed in LR, updated dashboard to filter out all ASA case type names.
