The order budgets, are the sales teams knowledge. The payments have to come from accounting, I will work on how your revenue spent not paid and paid revenue left to spend compute. But that is how we get it fixed.

When you exported, only update the target order amount, and the amounts paid. Everything else doesn’t need you to waste your time on.

Do not worry about doing the columns after the order amount and amounts paid, the rest of it is just formulas that I can handle

Hi @Cameron Rentch I started working through the sent contracts spreadsheet late yesterday and slowly going through it to make sure the payment is recorded etc. I’m trying to attach documents as well. Tomorrow, Greg, Brian and I can all go through it to speed up that process.

With Brian’s help we can double check that everything got recorded.

Can you send me what you’ve looked at today? If you’ve highlighted anything that’s wrong, great. If not no worries. I can audit it.
