@here I am having a call with DL tomorrow to establish new templates for the questionnaires. Finally got some people on the DL side to agree that we need to review these intakes and try to create some templates. We are planning to meet at 1:30pm tomorrow, would you guys be able to join? I think both of you would be beneficial as we define everything.
