These are all the possible signed statuses a lead can be in (that I know of) for an intake. The website allows me to add statuses (from what I am seeing) but not click on the button "Add" to create these tables above. If you like, I can add all those signed statuses for you if you simply just add one of them for now.

The 9 secondary interviews I will also need to send you those case types and it will be using that long list of statuses as well since my guess they probably want a dashboard for both secondary interviews and intakes.

Okay here is the list of intakes that needs their own separate sql table. This screenshot consists all of them that are intakes. The other screenshot (the one above) is for secondary interviews which should have their own tables as well. Secondary interviews just need the status secondary interview complete for all of them while the intakes to be on the safe side I want to include all the possible signed e-sign statuses other there for now @Dustin Surwill

Once again, the website does allow me to add and remove statuses so you can simply add the case types if needed and I can add the statuses if needed. But sadly it isn't giving me an option to click on "add" the green button
