Let me know what thoughts you all have on the 3 test cases. I can provide 3 intakes that do not have a case in SA or we can use the 3 I shared this morning. I know using those 3 will create a new case, but we're going to have to do that and merge them for all of the existing cases anyway. I'd prefer to use those three since it will replicate the process that will be needed for 95% of the signed cases

Turns out different intake forms had different injury options 🫠 I've added every possibility to both the death cases and the "not death" cases. I also created an UDF for the incident date to reflect as the date of diagnosis. We should be good to re-run the test

Weird.. the date of diagnosis transferred correctly on Hobbs but not on Gunther. Gunther's shows "c-8570." The injury did not check a box on either

Good morning. We had a Wilson Camacho call in for an update on his Camp Lejeune claim and to get a copy of his retainer. His case was a part of the 9/19/24 integration that had no retainers and I cannot locate him in LawRuler. Any ideas about what happened with his file?

During one of the calls the client mentioned never getting a contract but having a case manager and getting updates until 4 months ago. I checked with Sobo and he said he said there was nothing on the automation side and it may be an integration issue.
