i haven't created an integration for any secondary
these are clients who should have any file considering they were signed long enough ago to make it a point they have completed the secondary was my point.
I'm not sure for what? I don't know what I'm looking for
these clients have been signed... they have secondary files... they are calling into the law firm to speak about their case and their is ZERO record of them being a client.
can you give me an example law ruler id?

So three of the are secondaries, we don't have any integrations for them. 738674 this lead i triggered myself looks like twice. most recently on the 5th of this month. i might have been a lead I was testing the integration with. but No log issues on the second one.
so that lead does not exist in salesforce... odd. triggered it twice and was fine. I'll send another retrigger.
this lead they should have put in manually
it was finaled before integration was completed.
i can still retrigger it if necessary
768987 doesnt seem to have an issue. logs have it as a successful send and on salesforce he is located there.
i can not confirm the docs though because they have blocked me from doing so
there is a high chance that if they are "missing" more leads that are in esign final, that they finalized before the integration was created. which means one of two things:
or 2. mark's automation was turned off or removed dicellos email from it and they didn't receive the lead
honestly , and @Dustin Surwill can attest to this, mark turned off a whole bunch of automations before the integrations went live. there could lie the problem
oh i dont care about where the hiccup happened honestly. after i notify the task owner its not on my mind a second longer. but retrigger what you can - if it persists well troubleshoot and escalate
for context -- who blocked you from accessing docs and is this something that is pivotal for the integrations process?
its a salesforce thing, i don't have certain creds

mark never added dicello's email to the esign final automation
they haven't received any email to put it in manually
as much as i love being a unpaid paralegal
because now if when i finish we can do a back fill
ok i guess im just confused how they were navigating this prior to rapid emailing me
