@here, I have finished the October 1st through November 13th updating of prices and agent commissions with the new TIP pricing. I also update our TIP Operations web app and gave David Kessler and Malissa a way to check what's been added to LawRuler and our new GCP data warehouse so they know when to update the prices and hard costs in the application. Giving them instant validation to ensure prices are setup.

@Brian Thiessen @Malissa, for intake CLJ Military Records (NON EO) - DL - Flatirons, do we not bill per lead like the rest of Flatirons post-retainers (VSS, CSP, etc.)?

I'll have to defer to Brian. I haven't had that one come up

@Cameron Rentch, do you know?

  1. Each persons time is accounted for in Med Rec
  2. Each person needs to have a report run for total records, retrieved broken down by flat irons and non-flat irons Dl cases.
  3. We then split the billing of each individual person between flat irons and DiCello based on %.

@Brian Thiessen , that means it comes out for Flatirons staffing as overhead.

@Brian Thiessen @Malissa @Ryan. Note, @Brian Thiessen on the DL only add 15%

Great, using the Flatirons CSP and VSS sheets for October billings billed in November, I see below for Shield Overhead not billed per lead for Flatirons when post-retainer services:

Flatirons Overhead:

◦ 10-1-2024 to 10-31-2024
    ▪︎ CSP  $181,759.74
    ▪︎ VSS  $157,262.86
    ▪︎ **Combined $339,022.60**
