I have to update CAM recs/updated recovery amounts in PK for Irvine. I thought Blanca did that but she said you do - when you get a chance can you show me how? I know you are working on 1099 stuff right now so whenever you are free is fine. In the meantime I can probably send Blanca the invoices from Yardi to send to tenants.

i know certain properties didn’t work, you have to use the section where is says new electric charges on the top. and in Acacia it doesn’t come up at all but the total adds up right. so sometimes it just doesn’t work 🤷‍♀️:skintone2:

Hi! Quick question - and it's just an "if you can recall" question. There is a $13,799.66 a/p balance in CubeSmart AAA related to TLW Construction - can't figure out if that balance was every paid or if it is still outstanding...do you remember anything related to this?
