Can you please start sending me a weekly email each friday with an executive summary of integrations, status, blocks, etas, communication breakdown, testing, and completions as well as progress/heath reports for Integration team members. I would like this every Friday before EOD so I can review and understand where we are.

Also, can you please send me a details plan and duty assignments for when @Nicholas McFadden is out on business trip and then vacation. I would like this documented and detailed so that I fully understand who is responsible for pressing actions items.

Lastly, I need a daily email/slack progress report on Wagstaff every day by 5pmPST. Tony, and anyone else that is a stakeholder should be included in this.

If you guys need clarity on anything please let me know and we can jump on a quick call. Thanks fellas appreciate you guys

It is unclear if Nick Mc. had any communications with them on Friday, but Ahsan has been pressing them both for support to get past the hurdles we are facing...

Torticity: • several tests have been sent, but we have not been able to connect to their server with any of the tests; they are aware and we are in communication • we are not currently sending any docs via email in lieu; we can reach out on the server issue and ask about the path to sending the email/docs ◦ sending the emails is a big task and not sustainable due to the volume and 2-5 docs per lead Bridge: • we are still waiting on the fields from them in order to test; I can call them again, maybe their CSM will offer more than what the tech folks have been able to; they (Yuchen a.k.a. Cindy) had said they may pause the need for integration for the past 2 weeks, but have resumed comms • no manual sends are in place; will discuss with them

Coordinate with them.

Ask if we can use a Google drive to drop in all file folders.

We should do

1 folder for each claimant In each folder have intake docs, retainer packet (whatever we deliver)

1 separate report from Brittany’s team. All signed final, all fields all time so it reconciles with files uploaded.

We need to get this done ASAP. Please confirm you have talked to them and this is acceptable until the integration is complete.

@Cameron Rentch We are ready to do this re-trigger and send, but will wait for an agreed upon email address to hit from Torticity. I don't want to hit direct personnel emails with 235 leads/docs.

@Nicholas McFadden This could have been done from the jump it seems. Ahsan has spent hours trying to code this out for the API in order to get docs sent. I'll see how they want to proceed.

Hey @Cameron Rentch, regarding integrations for Meadow Law VGA, just spoke with Ashley with a softer version of this update, but wanted to give you a head's up in case they reach out. • we have our side set up for the final test lead, but have not been able to send it... ◦ Yesterday we hit our MPA limits and should have been able to send the final test lead shortly after 5PM; when attempted, Law Ruler automations would not work the way they had all day ▪︎ Spoke to Branden and they ran an update at 8P EST for another client that was the problem; automations were not errored out, just delayed and ran when the system could this morning ◦ Today we hit our MPA limits on all 3 accounts; the final test will be attempted again in ~15min when the first account opens up ▪︎ The next hurdle is that we have ~5000 leads to send over and that is going to break limits MPA before completion; we can't even send these incrementally due to the increase in MPA flows being run ▪︎ McFadden offered Ashley an alternative of building a script to send the log to their system, but she said no due to actions they would have to take on their end (which is reasonable on her part) This problem is going to end up being recurring for all integrations until we have a scalable software solution. Every integration tested and/or put into production compounds the problem with rates.

The possible solution of removing gmail from the equation to use Microsoft directly is being tested until Joe sends the credentials tonight, but then can't be completed until morning (it requires changes to the flow from several people). The long-term solution is to get into the Google Cloud Platform and code/script everything (per McFadden), but that is not right around the corner.

If the Microsoft Outlook 365 angle works, then we will stress test the limits to see how much it can handle. It isn't documented anywhere online that it is unlimited or has other known issues.

We'll keep you posted, but thought you should know.

Update @Cameron Rentch: Just concluded with Ryan and Joe. We know our long term solution is too far away to keep clients happy and the team progressing. It required some frustration and rough conversation to get Joe to help with a short-term solution to get the team able to even attempt test leads and keep the boat afloat. He is trying to make another 5 MPA accounts for us now, but we can't have continued push-back from him on this when we need to stay operational. I say that because we were clear that this 5 may not be enough and could have been done weeks ago.

@Cameron Rentch Just a head's up regarding Bridge Legal...we've talked about the difficulty with comms on their end (Cindy) since the first Bay Point-Bridge-ELG campaign API request that fell apart and are pushing the PFAS still. They notified us this morning that she is now no longer with the company. They are going to find a new resource for us. We've already met with Bay Point on this today and are scheduled with Bridge at noon.

Matt asked about the Lakin-Lakin API this afternoon, but we never got a request for that one. Of course we can fire it up as it sounds like they are expecting it. It should be considerably easier with the ability to replicate the first one.
