@deleted-U05DY7UGM2L we need to hire @Darrell an assitant for Salesforce integrations. Darrel, note this position is REQUIRED in-office everyday(no remote work). I want you to be there as well regularly to manage your new team member.
Darrell you can send me and Shellie job specs and what you think salary range should be. Seems like a 65-75k /annual position
*Thread Reply:* I understand here. I'm happy to work out of the office and mentor. One main reason I have been home more is that I start with a 6 am meetings (PST) daily to facilitate meetings when our east coast partners can meet. (BFG) I also work a full day every Saturday. I have six monitors in my home setup that allows me triple production. Having said all that, I hear you Cam. I will make the adjustment.
I have a JD from my last hire. I'll clean out the old info and drop it here.
If I can suggest, I would prefer to interview for this with of course both of your final approval or additional interview. The tasks required with a sensitive production environment of our partner DiCello Levitt requiredsome experience that is nuanced. Shouldn't raise the salary, just a few things they may or may not have done as an Admin in the past. I'm writing up a sample jd now.
@deleted-U05DY7UGM2L we can recruit through Christian to start. I’d rather not spend extra money on this level employee. @Darrell yes. You can start the interview process. I will speak with anyone that is going to come to the team so they understand our requirements and to ensure they are going to be a good fit with our culture
Sounds good @Cameron Rentch I'll assign to Christian. @Darrell I'll work on a requisition form and once I have the JD we can get it posted.
Thank you. I appreciate you @deleted-U05DY7UGM2L
@deleted-U05DY7UGM2L Here is the JD. https://docs.google.com/document/d/13bfKaR2JlWGM5FiH-A1kdBU-wabOw2qqHSTngLCo_EY/edit?usp=sharing
@Darrell and @Cameron Rentch the jd shows a salary range of 60-80k, are we willing to pay 80k?
Hi @deleted-U05DY7UGM2L That range was left over from my last hire before here. Cam actually said 65-75k above so we can adjust the upper back to 75k.
Perfect, thank you @Darrell I will send it over to Christian.
