Hello @Luke Fontaine! I reviewed the Intuit report so far. I am missing 4 leads from the dashboard, which are due to agent error in status changes. I am working with the appropriate departments to get those addressed before I re-run the report. No action is needed for the dashboard for Intuit. I will let you know as I go through the Flatirons if there are any issues!

Regarding Paraquat Flatirons: 367738 is a decline and will need to be removed from the dashboard

When you're doing the EOD reconciliation for TIP and Shield are you using the financial dashboard or the Operations one?

I am using the one named "Billable Leads All Time"

The top of my screen says TIP Operations Dashboard v1.2

I used to have more tabs, including the duplicate checkers, but they disappeared at some point. I don't really use those, though, so it hasn't been an issue.

We did a clean up of the dashboards to better work with some of the new changes.

@deleted-U04GZ79CPNG is there a particular reason why you've switch to doing the reconciliation on the operations dashboard? it looks like you Edward and Brianna are not all using the same dashboard. Unless if there's a specific reason why I'd advice that all three use the TIP Financials Dashboard

That is the board that I was given the link to way back when I started doing the reconciliation. Can you send me a link to the Financials one?

I do not have access for this link

Luke Fontaine (luke@shield-legal.com)
2024-01-15 15:58:48

I was under the impression that you all were using the financials dashboard, but it looks like the operations one is the correct one to keep using. Disregard my previous message

Ok. Do I need to have Edward and Brianna switch to a different dashboard? I will check with Brianna which one she is using when she returns from lunch. Edward will be back in tomorrow and I will check with him as well.

Luke Fontaine (luke@shield-legal.com)
2024-01-15 16:01:05

Yeah if you don't mind double checking that they're both using the same dashboard. It looks like Edward had access to a different one he wasn't suppose to but I've changed his permissions

Ok. I will check with both of them and let you know if there are any issues or if they need permissions updated.

Hey Brittany, hope your week has been going well. Do you also handle BLX call center leads?

2024-01-26 11:22:13

Not really. I am involved in certain aspects of all leads/campaigns. What's up?

Luke Fontaine (luke@shield-legal.com)
2024-01-26 11:23:13

I’ve just noticed today and yesterday there haven’t been any new signed E-signed for BLX, the bulk of them are coming over as transferred and wanted to confirm if that was correct

2024-01-26 11:25:41

That's a bit outside my scope. From my understanding (limited) we are mostly getting call ins on the LSA campaigns and not many on the mass tort/retainer campaigns for BLX. Tony or Alan might be able to give you a clearer picture since they monitor the lead flows more than I do

Ok no worries, I'll reach out to them. Thank you

Hey Brittany, I'm not sure if you'd be the right person to reach out to regarding this, please let me know if not and who would be. This morning when I was doing the lead updates I saw this lead came in: 386023 Branden Brooks. It looks like they were a test lead meant for training purposes, but there wasn't information on them until I had to dig around LawRuler. In the future when it comes to test leads we need to have a more streamlined convention of naming; exp Branden Test. To prevent any test leads getting assigned to actual numbers

Hello. I will look into that lead. My dept. knows to put "Test" somewhere in the name for any test leads.

@Luke Fontaine That lead was created as a test by LawRuler staff. This may be in relation to a support ticket we have in with them

Luke Fontaine (luke@shield-legal.com)
2024-01-30 13:33:00

Thank you for following up on that. If you don’t mind just letting LawRuler staff know our naming style just to help prevent issues with cross software usage

Hey Brittany, I heard you recently got back from India! How was your trip?

I had a lawruler question for you, I see a couple of leads with assignees that stick out; Takeesha Toussaint and Jasmine Taylor. are there anything unique about these to in the "Assigned to" field to be aware of? ; if they're for training or outside consultants that shield/TIP doesnt take credit for?

Hello. It was really great! Those are our medical records ordering employees. They send out HIPAA docs to be signed and then faxed out to the providers. I am not sure if they need to be billed separately or if the billing is included in the Flatirons accounting.

That's great to hear! I went to Mumbai and Dehli a few years ago, it was a great experience. Ok thank you that's very helpful, it doesn't look like they're being billed

Good evening, @Luke Fontaine! I am working on an old billing report and I noticed a discrepancy in the dashboard. 375571 lead ID originally was created in LawRuler as the "Other ACTS" case type. The agent changed the status to Case Review - Phone Transfer first, then changed the case type to "Personal Injury ACTS". It is not in the dashboard under Personal Injury ACTS. Would you be able to update the case type on that lead in the dashboard?

Luke Fontaine (luke@shield-legal.com)

Hi Brittany, wow looks like you were working late last night. yeah. no problem I'll have it updated to personal injury ACTS

Good morning, Luke! I know that you are probably very busy, but I just wanted to check in with you about the spreadsheet we created to communicate changes to the dashboard. Do you want us to make any changes to it? Is there any other information you'd like to see? Is the description of what needs to happen generally clear enough for you to do your part? I know there has been a lot more dashboard changes than usual due to the Flatirons reporting and reconciliation recently.

2024-06-24 15:29:51

Hi Brittany, hope you had a great weekend! Thanks for checking in, overall I think the spreadsheet is working really well and has been a better way of keeping track of lead status changes. There hasn't been any additional information that I've needed, or when there has been it's been one offs so nothing to worry about. The only comment I'd make is in the note section sometimes it's hard to understand exactly what's being described, so just making sure were all on the same page with using the exact terminology

Ok. We can come up with a template for how to fill that out to hopefully make it a little clearer. I will work with Dennis on that this week. If you have any specific examples, let me know so I can make sure we are on the same page
