We have 19 remaining in OPT OUT status and are still being attempted calls. We moved 3 back into calling rotation and corrected the status' from OPT OUT to Already Represented and OPT to Signed e-Sign - Billable Declined by Firm when the original INTAKE is in declined by firm status.
