@Cameron Rentch@deleted-U04HFGHL4RW As a follow up to yesterdays meeting, I wanted to share our current CSP schedule and see how we should improve our staffing. Below is a "Heat Map" of our outstanding interviews that need to be contacted and completed. The majority of our interviews are primarily in CST or EST. I am have also attached our current CSP schedule with the early shifts and late shifts notated in the bottom cells of each day. Our weekends have a single shift currently. In additions to moving our late shift to a later time, what other recommendations should we consider?
