Hello Luke. I had pulled up an all time report for all open campaigns to see which were placed in these statuses :
Cancelled E-Sign So that we can have our agents change them to the proper statuses such as :
Signed e-Sign FINAL
I am sharing you a copy of that report for your own reference and so that it hopefully doesn't affect our dashboard numbers.

I have a question about this lead LR ID: 169296 It looks like they were canceled back in June, however today you changed the status to signed Signed E-Signed QA is that correct? Can you provide a little information as to why the change in status? I'm working on reconciling a few dashboards.
Hey Luke. Thank you for asking. I hope your day is going well as well. Yes for LR ID: 169296 On 06/03/2023 09:38:21 AM - The status was Signed e-Sign FINAL however an agent sent a new contract for some odd reason which changed the status to Sent e-Sign on 06/03/2023 09:59:29 AM. Then on 06/05/2023 10:32:50 AM another agent tried to send a new contract, but later on cancelled what they sent which became "Cancelled E-Sign" on 06/05/2023 10:32:58 AM.
So we had placed it as Signed E-Signed QA since it was Signed e-Sign FINAL in the past and the agent shouldn't have changed the status from there.
So for any leads numbers on the report I sent you today at 9:59 am (PST), if it is placed as "Signed E-Signed QA" it is because the status was originally "Signed e-Sign FINAL" and shouldn't have changed from there.

Hi Luke. I am sending you an update for the report that was requested earlier ago for Asbestos BG SL. Looks like in the dashboard it is 618 and in the excel report it is 615 so it is off by 3. Please let me know if you need any helps / any new reports to ensure they will match in the future. Thank you
In the dash I think you're including Signed e-Signed QA WIP and Case Review -Agent Disqualified
When you take those status out there's 615 leads
Oh I see. When I take out the Signed e-Sign QA WIP - 1 it does now give me 615 in the dashboard. As for the excel it is just based off the Signed e-Sign FINAL and Signed e-Sign QA (for a total of 615). I am not seeing the "Case Review Agent Disqualified" on the dashboard / excel but if 615 is supposed to be correct then everything should be fine.
The case Review status must have updated when I ran some scripting, but yes the 615 is correct

Hi Luke. The intuit report is actually off by 14. Lead #366023 needs to be removed from the dashboard since it is a signed and declined
Great Morning Luke. How's it going. Cameron asked for a new intuit report and I was able to pull it up. I reflected it to the dashboard and it is off by 12. I will try to figure out why that may be the issue. However, if you have the time, I am available for that call (we can schedule a time) to see what steps you take to be able to figure that out to ensure future reports go smoothly.

Thank you Edward! Great questions today, and thank you for stepping up to create the automation! For my own curiosity, are you doing the automated reports through the lawruler system, or are you using an API to filter into the googlesheet?
You're welcome Luke ! I believe for now we will have it where we will paste the information manually into the spreadsheet such as the Lead ID #, Names, etc and then my thought process is if it is a Monday/Friday, I can create an automation where it will send you the excel file to you (with the same headers and same rows) for you to view through an automated email at a specific time or times if needed more than once. It would be created through Javascript using Google App Scripts.
Also, I was thinking of having it at a specific time probably during the EOD of a Monday / Friday where it will create a new sheet and put today's date on it such as 4/25/2024 if today was a Friday and it will clear out Sheet1 completely (not the headers) so that we can look at the previous Sheets and so that the automation doesn't send clients that already has been corrected from a previous Monday / Friday.
