He went ahead and changed some colors on this and wanted to inquire if the agg payroll in the database on Bitquery should be the sum total of the two highlighted Bonuses?

I believe it should be that, and the commissions, agent and director.

So just to verify I am understanding correctly, the aggpayrollexpenses should be the sum in the bottom right corner here?:

It should be Agent Commissions, Director Commissions, Bonus Agents, and Bonus Directors. Having said that, it might be good to double check with Ryan if Tony's numbers aren't included, his would be the Director Commissions and Bonus Directors. But those 4 amounts would be the "bonus" amounts.
