hi @deleted-U04GZ79CPNG! We've had a weird situation come up with Ben Crump and Camp Lejeune. We're trying to figure out how their cases got into Smart Advocate. Did you guys in the reporting team just send them the info and they did it on their end?

Hello! We have not sent them any reporting on the Camp Lejeune clients recently. I don't remember if we did over a year ago when that campaign was still active. Maybe they added the data in themselves based on the email automations.

I just looked through my emails for a week before that date and I don't see that I emailed them any reports for CLJ. Have you asked Desiree? I don't know how involved she is with that campaign, but she might know how they got the info added in

Today we were asked to send over some CLJ reporting, which we are working on. Ryan is another likely person since he did a lot of management with the CLJ data back in the day when it was active

Secondaries don't go through the set up board and open/closed tracker, some campaigns are older and pre-date our usage of Monday.com

Yeah, anything that isn't an intake generally will not be on either of the Monday boards. Some of the secondaries wound up in the open/closed tracker (mostly form 95s)
