The alive people with complete information matching and doc generation is done. For the deceased, what are the fields from which case types in Law Ruler do you want me to pull from? Which fields are going to be the best way to determine who the rep is and who is the injured party? I have to be able to match the name on the report from Dicello to the name the Lead ID is associate with because I need it to pull the documents from Law Ruler. Then I have to know which field will designate the name that has to go on the document? Which places on the pdf should be rep vs injured party? Do they both need to be on the pdf or not and which do we have to name the file by?

Phase 1 goal is to capture all non-deceased claimants first to be able to request their records. All deceased claimants request must be accompanied by a death certificate that is uploaded with the authorization. We will be relying on DL to provide death certificates to us to merge and then upload to the NARA site for Phase II on this project.

Ok so what I have given you are those that are alive, have complete socials, and the other info is complete as well. Let me know which case type is the proper one to pull for Form95. I will see if I can get any more of the alive people completed from that information. Otherwise what I have given you completes phase 1, correct? For Phase2 and the deceased claimants, I will need to know which fields should I pull to get rep vs deceased, other fields (Branch of service, etc), and how you want it to present on the pdf (whose name/signature goes where). Also, so you know if there isn’t an answer for rep and injured then I may not be able to have a complete pdf or might create incorrect ones due to not being able to map.

The bigger issue at hand is reporting back to Abe and Nevin on the results of you pulling information, as they are still under the understanding that we will have will have hundreds that we will input directly to NARA. It didn't work as we anticipated and now we need to approach it differently with a call and an esign

Ok I will relay that to them now then. I don’t think any of us expected there to be that few with complete information. For the Non-Flatirons, there could be some that I am missing but because we only have name, phone, and email, to match on this is what the code was able to find. Did we collect the Needles/Case Numbers in any field? At a glance I didn’t see anything but that would help out the code if there is a Needles # field somewhere. Not a garauntee that it would help match more than what we have already matched but wouldn’t hurt.

Ok spoke with Edward, there are multiple iterations of the Form95 case types. Edward is going to identify all the case types and the fields where the information I am looking for might be in each. Then I will adjust and run my code accordingly. Hopefully we can match to a few more.
