@Brian Thiessen good morning. Unless you feel the need to do them, we were going to have you train @Malissa to take over doing the invoicing, then she can follow up on payments with law firms finance departments. If you could scheudle some training for her - she can handle the invoicing and any entires into copper as well. @Greg Owen will join for overview as well

Okay. Malissa, Greg, how's next week, what days/times would you be available? Also, she'll need access to Harvest for the Brandlytics invoices and PandaDoc for the Shield invoices.
